Model Call Sheets

 Below are call sheets for each of the models i am going to use in my Media Print Production Magazine. The Call sheets each include an image of the model i am going to use in my magazine to identify each actor used. The Call sheet also includes a shooting date to give information of when the images of when each model is being are being taken as well as the location of each shoot. These call sheets also contain information of whether a release form has been signed, this release form gives me permission to use their photos in my magazine and to be published online and printed.
