Inspirational Texts

The main image stands out and catches the attention of the audience along with the title of who it is.
The magazine has a very simple clean cut approach and does not look overcrowded. The colours contrast and they use the same colour them of white and red to make the page look more appealing. The yellow banner is used to make the side sell lines more noticeable.











NME uses the colour pallete rule of keeping the same three colours in use they use red white and black. The main image is central and is a medium close up image of the main sell line. The sell line headings also use the same colour theme as the magazines Main Sell Line. They use a side banner to emphaise one of the other sell lines.

The Contents page has a large picture of the main story/sell line that the magazine is using in the issue it then has a little paragraph to introduce the story so you want to read more. This Contents page also Feature An A-Z of bands in the issue. As well as the page numbers of News and what is featured in the news part, also Radar which explains and shows the public new bands then it has reviews live gigs and features from the magazine front cover. It also features on the bottom how to subscribe to the magazine and what deals there is. Also what else is featured in the magazine

The magazine runs on the same colour scheme throughout red white and black. The magazine contents has a large image of the main storyline within the issue of the magazine and its page number. It also highlights the pages of the regular features within the magazine. This magazine has an Oasis special and it tells you what it includes and what page includes what. At the bottom there is a Q review banner and it tells the reader what page to go to to find reviews of which band. It also shows the date of the magazine.
